Paying
Do I really pay nothing up front?
Correct. No deposit. You pay in cash when the item arrives, after you have looked at it.
What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Tell the driver at the door and pay nothing. It goes back on the van. You have lost nothing because you haven't paid anything.
Can I pay by card instead?
Yes, if you prefer. Cash on delivery is what we recommend and what most customers choose, but card is available — just tell us when you order.
Delivery
How long does it take?
Usually two to three days from confirming your order. We make in the UK, so we're not waiting on containers.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the price shown on the website. The number on the page is the number you pay at the door.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide across the UK. Message us with your postcode and we'll confirm before you order.
Will you bring it into the room?
Our drivers will bring it inside. Please clear a path and let us know in advance about narrow stairs, tight landings or lifts so we can plan.
Sizes and fitting
How do I know it will fit?
Send us your room measurements and your doorway width on WhatsApp before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether it fits — including when the answer is no.
What if it won't go through my door?
Ask us first and this shouldn't happen. If your access is difficult, look at our modular ranges or the split-base beds, which come in sections and go up staircases a one-piece frame cannot.
Left hand or right hand — which do I need?
Stand facing the sofa as it would sit against your wall. If the chaise or corner section is on your left as you look at it, that's left-hand facing. Send us a photo of your room and we'll confirm.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Most of our sofas are made to measure. Tell us the dimensions you need.
Fabrics and colours
What fabrics do you offer?
Jumbo cord, chenille, plush velvet, crushed velvet, bouclé and teddy, among others. Colours run from cream and beige through grey, mink, truffle and black.
Can I see a sample first?
Message us and we'll send photographs of the exact fabric in the colour you're considering.
Which fabric is best with children or pets?
Jumbo cord and chenille wear well and hide marks better than velvet. Bouclé and teddy are softer but can snag on claws. Tell us your situation and we'll give you a straight recommendation.
Recliners
Manual or electric?
Manual uses a side lever and needs no power. Electric reclines at the touch of a button and stops at any position, which suits anyone with back or knee trouble — but it needs a plug socket near each reclining end.
How much space do I need behind a recliner?
Enough for the backrest to travel. Send us your measurements and we'll confirm the clearance for the model you're looking at.
